I would be interested in seeing the trend for the rise in cottage operations against the demise of small B&B’s, particularly in rural or coastal areas. Not only are the B&B’s being driven out of business by low cost – low experience hotels, but is there is also a social change making B&B unappealing to the under 50′s where hosting guests in your own home is no longer palatable in 21st Britain?
